Consultative Committee

Applications for membership to the EU OTC Derivatives Consolidated Tape (CT) Consultative Committee (CC) are now open.

This marks a major milestone in the development of the EU OTC derivatives CT, ensuring industry expertise is formally embedded into the design and evolution of this critical piece of market infrastructure.

Designed as an independent source of expertise, the CC will play a central role in helping ensure the EU OTC derivatives CT delivers high-quality and comprehensive data for all market participants.

The CC will comprise up to 20 voting members, selected via an open application process on the basis of industry experience, seniority, and capacity to contribute effectively. The goal is to secure balanced representation across the EU OTC derivatives CT ecosystem, including users, data contributors, vendors, and academics. The CC will advise Transparent Markets Europe (TME), the subsidiary of Etrading Software Ltd responsible for operating the EU OTC derivatives CT.

TME encourages applications from stakeholders who are committed to supporting a neutral, transparent, and industry-led consolidated tape.

To apply for membership of the CC, please send a completed application form, Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a short covering letter which sets out your motivation for the position that encapsulates the aspects of your experience relevant to the required criteria to [email protected].

  • Please use “ESMA OTC derivatives consolidated tape Consultative Committee” as subject line and indicate whether the application is as Voting or Observing Member.
  • Applications must be received by 02 October 2026 COB
  • Applicants are expected to be informed of the result of their application by 30 October 2026
